WE have worked with Cadaxx on a number of projects over the years and they always come through for us. From their fast turnaround time on drawings to soling problems, Alex and Sarah never disappoint. This particular project posed a challenge in that the city wanted a property survey for the underpinning permit but the homeowner didn't have one nor did we want to delay the project by many weeks

Great service and professionalism. The permit issuance worked and I recommend if you want to perform any renovation or upgrades in your house.
We are fully insured and BCIN registered with the Ontario Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing that outlined Ontario building code since 2008.
